These terms apply to all individual users of the Futsalaki mobile app and website.
1. Definitions
"Futsalaki" refers to Futsalaki Ltd, the owner and operator of the Website and App. "Website" means the website futsalaki.com. "App" refers to the Futsalaki mobile application. "User" means any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Website or App. "Club" means any sports facility or organisation that offers services through Futsalaki. "Services" include court reservations, open matches, and private classes. "Content" means any information, data, text, software, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials.
2. General Information
Futsalaki Ltd is registered in Cyprus. Contact email: nicolas@futsalaki.com. Address: Aitolon 18, Imperial Mansions, Flat 202, Nicosia 1101, Cyprus. By using the Website or App, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. Services offered include: • Reservations: book courts for different sports directly through the App. • Open matches: join matches available to the public. • Tournaments: participate in organised tournaments.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and functionality on the Website and App are the exclusive property of Futsalaki and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Website and App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. The User
The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website and App, including: • Making use of the Website and App only to make legally valid enquiries and purchases. • Not making any false or fraudulent purchases. • Providing true and legal contact information. By registering, the User confirms they are at least 18 years of age. Futsalaki does not independently verify the age of its users.
4.1 City Selection
During registration, Users select their city from: Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Paralimni. This is used solely to provide localised content and services. City can be updated at any time in profile settings.
4.2 Result Modifications
Users can add match results within 7 days of the match ending. If not confirmed or modified within 24 hours, results are automatically confirmed.
4.3 Validity of Results
Results must be added using the sport-specific result system. Any changes to players must be managed by the club and cannot be made once the match has ended.
4.4 Editing Confirmed Results
Once results are confirmed, users cannot edit them in the application. To request a change, users must contact the customer care team. The customer service team will confirm both teams agree before proceeding.
5. User Misconduct and Community Guidelines
• Respect for All Users: Treat all players, coaches, and staff with respect. • Fair Play: Cheating or deliberately manipulating scores is strictly prohibited. • Club Rules and Punctuality: Arrive on time for reservations. • Safety First: Report any unsafe conditions to club staff immediately. • Appropriate Communication: Keep communication respectful and related to sports activities. • Privacy and Consent: Do not share personal information about other users without their consent. • Honest Representations: Do not misrepresent your identity or create multiple accounts. • Compliance with Local Laws: Adhere to all local laws and regulations. Users who engage in misconduct may face temporary or permanent bans from the platform.
6. Court Conditions
Futsalaki is not responsible for issues related to court conditions. Users should address problems directly with the club. • Accuracy of Information: Only the club is responsible for information provided on Futsalaki. • Weather Conditions: Futsalaki is not responsible for weather-related cancellations. • Equipment: Users are responsible for bringing their own equipment unless otherwise stated. • Club Policies: Each club may have its own policies regarding court use, cancellations, and refunds.
7. Purchase or Acquisition Process
1. Select the desired service offered by clubs on Futsalaki. 2. Review the selected service details. 3. Proceed to the checkout process. 4. Choose the preferred payment method. 5. Confirm and complete the payment. Services are provided by clubs themselves, which are third parties separate from Futsalaki.
8. Prices, Payment and Refunds
Prices displayed are final and include applicable taxes. A service fee is charged when a reservation or open match is confirmed. This fee is clearly visible in the payment flow.
8.1 Scenario 1 — Classic Court Booking
This applies when you book a court on your own through the app or website. • Cancel more than 4 hours before the booking → full refund to your original payment method. • Cancel within 4 hours of the booking → no refund. • Club cancels your booking at any time → full automatic refund, no action needed from you.
8.2 Scenario 2 — Open Match You Created
This applies when you create an open match and are waiting for another team to join. • Nobody joins and it is more than 4 hours before → match remains open. • Nobody has joined and it is now within 4 hours → match is automatically cancelled, full refund to your original payment method. • An opponent joins your match → match is complete, Scenario 3 rules apply from this point. • Club cancels at any time → full automatic refund, no action needed from you.
8.3 Scenario 3 — Open Match You Joined
This applies when you join an existing open match, making the match complete. • You cancel more than 4 hours before → full refund. The other team goes back to the pool to find a new opponent. • You cancel within 4 hours → no refund. The other team receives a full refund immediately and the match is cancelled for them. • Other team cancels more than 4 hours before → you go back to the pool to find a new opponent. They receive a full refund. • Other team cancels within 4 hours → you receive a full refund immediately. They receive no refund. • No new opponent found by 4 hours before → you receive a full automatic refund. • Club cancels at any time → both teams receive a full automatic refund. ⚠ If you cancel within 4 hours of an open match you joined, you will not receive a refund. The other team will be refunded immediately.
9. Cancellations
Users have the right to cancel their reservations subject to the cancellation rules set out in Section 8. Cancellation can be completed entirely through the App or Website.
10. Written Communications and Notifications
By using the Website or App, the User accepts that most communications with Futsalaki will be electronic. The User consents to this means of communication.
11. Waiver
No waiver by Futsalaki of a specific right will imply a waiver of other rights. No waiver is effective unless in writing.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Futsalaki and replace any prior agreements.
14. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website and App.
15. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nicosia.
16. Complaints and Claims
Users can send complaints via email at nicolas@futsalaki.com. For formal complaints, contact the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus. By using Futsalaki, you agree to indemnify and hold Futsalaki and its partners harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.
16.1 Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Sports activities inherently involve physical risks. Futsalaki does not assume responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damage incurred during activities booked through the platform.
17. Updates to Terms
Futsalaki reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
18. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use Futsalaki. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
19. Force Majeure
Futsalaki shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to Acts of Nature, war, terrorist activities, government sanction, labour disputes, or failure of electricity or telephone service.
20. Third-Party Links and Content
Futsalaki assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services linked from the App.
21. User-Generated Content
By submitting content, users grant Futsalaki a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content. Futsalaki reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
22. Termination
Futsalaki may terminate or suspend access immediately for any reason including breach of these Terms. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer service.
23. Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
